OUR MISSION

Standing With Families. Building a Future of Hope.

For Gaza is a 501(c) nonprofit dedicated to helping families in Palestine survive the genocide.

Established in 2025. Headquarters in Sandusky, Ohio and Gaza, Palestine.

WHAT DRIVES OUR MISSION

Rooted in Compassion. Driven by Humanity.

Our work is guided by the belief that meaningful change begins with compassion, connection, and collective action. We focus on supporting families, amplifying their voices, and building communities that care.

Compassionate Family Support

We recognize the individual struggles behind every humanitarian crisis and work to connect families with people who care about their well-being.

Community-Driven Action

We bring together advocates, volunteers, and supporters who believe that collective effort can create meaningful opportunities for families in need.

Hope for a Better Future

Beyond immediate assistance, we support initiatives that help families pursue medical treatment, stable housing, and opportunities to rebuild their lives.

THE FAMILIES BEHIND THE MISSION

Every Family Has a Story. Every Story Deserves to Be Heard.

Save Ebrahim Yahya

On August 19th, 2025 a US airstrike struck the civilian neighborhood of Khan Younis severing Ebrahim Yahya’s left leg and leaving him as an amputee.

Since August 19th, 2025, Ebrahim and his wife – who he married four months after losing his left leg in the airstrike – are living in a tent, after the same US airstrike that severed his leg – destroyed Ebrahim’s beautiful home.

Ebrahim Yahya needs “tendon lengthening surgery” on the remainder of his leg.

The tendon lengthening procedure is not available in Gaza – in part because Israel has bombed every Hospital in Gaza.

Ebrahim has been accepted into the Saudi German Hospital in Cairo to receive the tendon lengthening surgery he needs for his leg.

The tendon lengthening surgery is $8,500

We are Fundraising $13,500 for Ebrahim Yahya to receive tendon lengthening surgery at the Saudi German Hospital in Cairo, Egypt and to be “re-homed” in Cairo Egypt where Ebrahim and his wife will be re-starting their life as refugees with nothing to their names.

Please help us help Ebrahim cover the cost of his surgery and help him survive the genocide in Gaza.

Additional Funds: Relocation, housing, and essential living expenses.

Mohammed and Mohammed Reem

On May 5th, 2025, the Israeli Army invaded the civilian neighborhood of Khan Younis.

As Mohammed Reem, his wife, his son Mohammed, and his two daughters were fleeing – with Mohammed holding his four year old son and his wife was carrying his daughter and their other daughter running besides them – the Israeli Army shot Mohammed’s wife in the head.

Moments after his wife was shot in the head, Israel bombed the entire area and killed Mohammed’s two baby girls – age 1 and 7.

Mohammed and Mohammed were the only ones who survived.

4 year old Mohammed Reem was severely injured from the bomb and he is now fighting for his life – attached to an oxygen tank. His father told me “my son is going to die” I told him “don’t give up hope there are people who care.”

Please donate to save Mohammed Reem’s life and get him the oxygen he needs to survive.

BEYOND THE FUNDRAISERS

Creating Opportunities for Relief, Recovery, and Community.

For Gaza's mission extends beyond individual fundraising. Through community projects, humanitarian advocacy, and collaborative initiatives, we seek to create additional pathways for families to receive support and rebuild their futures.

Initiative 1 — Little Palestine

Little Palestine is a proposed housing initiative in Sandusky, Ohio, developed in partnership with Lioness Realty.

The project aims to explore housing opportunities for Palestinian refugees affected by displacement, helping individuals and families work toward stability, community, and a new beginning.

Initiative 2 — Community Events & Fundraising

Through events such as the For Gaza 5K, the organization seeks to bring community members together to raise awareness, encourage participation, and generate support for humanitarian initiatives.

These gatherings create opportunities for individuals to connect, contribute, and stand alongside families in need.

Initiative 3 — Advocacy & Community Connections

For Gaza connects advocates and individuals seeking assistance through community networks, including dedicated WhatsApp groups.

These spaces are intended to encourage communication, share opportunities to help, and strengthen connections between families and supporters.

YOUR SUPPORT MATTERS

Their Stories Are Still Being Written. You Can Be Part of What Comes Next.

For families facing unimaginable hardship, compassion can open the door to essential care, meaningful support, and renewed hope. By standing together, we can help families access the assistance they need and remind them that they have not been forgotten.
